Our goal at Fundrazor.com is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable, so we can get you on your way to live events as quickly as possible. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on Fundrazor.com. This Purchase Policy incorporates our Terms of Use by this reference.

All ticket prices for events that occur in the United Kingdom are stated in £ Sterling.
Payment Methods
Fundrazor accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. Fundrazor.com accepts American Express, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Solo, Visa Electron.
Pricing and Availability
As an authorized agent Fundrazor sells tickets on behalf of promoters and venues, which means Fundrazor does not set the ticket prices. Tickets are sold online and through our Call Centre. Please note that Tickets purchased through our Call Centre will be subject to a non-refundable per order administration charge. Both distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory, therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event; however Fundrazor.com does not control this inventory or its availability. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets.
Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Fundrazor Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Fundrazor will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Order Processing Fees
Tickets purchased on Fundrazor.com are typically subject to a non-refundable per order processing fee and a delivery charge.
Amount of Tickets Per Customer or "Ticket Limits"
When purchasing tickets on Fundrazor.com you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a "ticket limit"). This limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.
Cancelled and Postponed Events
It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled. If an event is cancelled, we will use reasonable endeavors to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorization from the Event Partner. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event. If an event is cancelled, the purchase holder will be offered entry at a future event on a date to be agreed. If the purchaser is unable to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, a refund will be offered. Refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original event will be given up to the value of purchase price of the tickets. In order to claim your refund, please apply in writing to your point of purchase. You must enclose your unused tickets and comply with any other reasonable instructions of Fundrazor.com. For accounting purposes your unused tickets must be received within 28 days from the date of the cancelled event. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event. Policies set forth by our Event Partners, prohibit Fundrazor from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact Fundrazor to seek a refund or exchange from Fundrazor when Fundrazor is prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets may be cancelled, and Fundrazor may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Fundrazor customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Fundrazor is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Fundrazor may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets will be dispatched on receipt of payment. Fundrazor aims to dispatch tickets as soon as possible. We are not able to be specific with exact dates of dispatch. Please allow as much time as possible for your tickets to arrive. If your tickets have not arrived within five days of your purchase, please contact us. Please include your reference number, group name, event and the name and postcode the booking is under. For security purposes where a credit/debit card is used as payment, we can only ship tickets to the billing address on file with the credit card company that is used for your purchase.
Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: Fundrazor will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website or other Fundrazor operated system.Multiple Browser Windows
When ordering tickets online with Fundrazor, please ensure you are looking for tickets and placing an order using only one browser window. Looking up tickets using multiple browser windows could result in losing your tickets or timer expiration.
Limitation of Liability
You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether before, during or after the event, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against Fundrazor on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor.
License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value
Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Event Partner. Full details are available from the Event Partner. Event Partners reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Event Partner rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.
Recording, Transmission and Exhibition
You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to Fundrazor and the Event Partner(s) to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after the event) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.
You Are Subject to Search
You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers. There may be restrictions on the use of mobile phones (please check with the Event Partner).
Unlawful Re-Sale of Tickets; Commercial Purposes
Each ticket ordered by you is a personal revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission refused by our Event Partner. The Purchaser represents and warrants that the tickets are for the use of raising funds for a chosen cause or charity and that they are not ordered as part of any form of business or commercial activity (save as expressly authorised in writing by the Event Partner). A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by the Event Partner, provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of Fundrazor's trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to Fundrazor's consent. Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempted resale) outside the Venue is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.
Jurisdiction
All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any disputes arising out of any transaction with Fundrazor.com are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
